In honor of back-to-school, I thought I’d throw together this collection of lunches that you and your kids might enjoy. I tried to keep it varied, to give you lots of different ideas, yet fun, simple and healthy. SIMPLE is the key here as I don’t like spending more than 15 minutes to make two lunches. With that, here are 12 super fun and Easy Back-To-School Lunch Ideas.

You are a genius! I packed a smuckers uncrustable for Bryan today, she loved it but I don't like feeding her that type of thing so I'm off to hunt down the tool you used for yours!

Awww, you're so sweet. You can use mini pie maker or simply cut the crust off and use a fork to pinch off the edges for square uncrustable. OR you can use a big circle cookie cutter and then smush down the edges with a for to make it look JUST LIKE the pre-packaged kind. 🙂 Good luck and thanks for stopping by, Rikki!
