I’m so excited because this is my first official school lunch post – woo hoo! Big Sis and Little Sis got these Lunches with Flower Power today.

Since this is one of my first lunch posts, I’ll mention some products and websites that help me pack my lunches for the girls.

First and foremost is EasyLunchBoxes. When I first decided to pack lunches for the girls, I went online in search of a lunchbox that fit our needs and found these. I love love love my ELBs. While they aren’t leakproof, they are easy for little hands to remove the lid and keep food separated which is a must-have for Big Sis. They’re also very reasonably priced and come as a set of 4. And most importantly, there are only two pieces to wash daily!

My favorite Bento accessories supplier is All Things For Sale. That’s where I got these cute flower sandwich cutters and picks. I love the flower stamper! Thanks for helping make lunch packing fun. I just placed another order that I can’t wait to get my lunch-packing hands on!

Dr.Yum at Dr. Yum is a great resource for healthy yet delicious recipes for my girls. I’ve found so many great recipes over there!

And last but not least, there’s Momables  for these fabulous Homemade Oreo Cookie. Laura Fuentes (of Momables) also has so many amazing, healthy and delicious lunch ideas and recipes for kids and adults alike!

It takes a village to make a single lunch!

In these lunches with flower power:

  1. Ham and cheese sammies, one with mayo and one without
  2. Homemade Granola Bars
  3. Stacey’s multi-grain pita chips
  4. A dollop ofSabra’s Classic Hummus
  5. Fruit on sticks which I’ve been told is much better than fruit not on sticks
  6. Homemade Oreo flower cookie to top things off*

Whether or not to pack a treat is always a debate as you can read in “To Treat or Not To Treat?‘ but today, I answered this question with, TREAT!

Thanks so much for stopping by! Feel free to make my day by leaving me a comment, following my blog via email, Facebook or Instagram. The more the merrier, of course!
