Slow Cooker Shredded Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

I have to share one of my favorite slow cooker recipes ever that’s SO easy and SO good. I’ve made these slow cooker Shredded Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches countless number of times for family and friends, each time, it’s to rave reviews. I’ve already posted about this once before in Weekend of Friends, Food and Soccer, but I thought it’s so good, it deserves its own post – and some better pics, too!

So, here’s the recipe: All Recipes’ Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches. If you make as-is, it’s really not all that spicy. Even Mom #2 who does not like spicy stuff was able to eat this just fine (and liked it, too!). The kids like it as well!! Still, some may need the shredded chicken rinsed off a little with water if they have little to no tolerance for spiciness. And of course, just add more sauce to your own sandwich to kick it up a notch!

I usually double this recipe to have plenty of leftovers.

  2. Lay’s Sour Cream potato chips
