I would use it for yogurt or cottage cheese with fruit, cold soups like cucumber soup or gazpacho, or things like egg or tuna salad which I like to eat with a fork instead of bread. I would also send soup for my hubs because the cozy would at least keep it partially warm. He refuses to go to the teachers lounge at lunch time to use the microwave!

I would fill this set with non-perishable snacks like crackers. I love those mini triscuit crackers. 🙂 I am on multiple medications and I need to eat with some of them. I'm often caught out unexpectedly without food because something has gone longer than normal, so it would be wonderful to pack a container to keep in the car or bag when I am out.
