Craft Show Fun 2013

Hey guys, I don’t know if anyone’s noticed, but I’ve been kind of quiet here lately. That’s partially because the girls have been tracked out for the past 2.5 weeks. I’ve been EXTRA quiet lately because I mistakenly signed up to participate in a craft fair (my first one in years and years) during the girls’ track out. Now here I am, the night before it, crafting/taking pix/marketing like crazy. I’d been feeling kind of crafty for a while and when this opportunity popped up, I thought why the heck not?! *Sigh* had I actually realized it was going to take place on 2 of the 3 of the girls’ last days of track out, I’m pretty sure I would have passed. Oh well, I’m going all in now. Craft Show Fun 2013!

Don’t worry, I haven’t been neglecting the girls toooo much. In fact, had I not taken them to Marbles Kids Museum, Paint Your Pot, scheduled lots of play dates and all sorts of other things, I’d be much better of now. Instead, I still have a load of work ahead of me to get ready for a 7:30am start tomorrow. Thank goodness Mom#2 came into town last week to occupy the girls while I occupied myself with craftier things.

So here’s the 411 on the Craft Show Fun 2013:

Salem Baptist Preschool 2013 Vendor Fair and Kids’ Sale

Thursday – Friday, November 7 – 8, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm, Fellowship Hall and Multi-Purpose Room
Salem Baptist’s Weekday Preschool’s annual Vendor Fair features dozens of popular vendors (Celebrating Home; Girly Gooz Boutique, Gold Canyon Candles; Katiebug Bows, Lia Sophia Jewelry, Mary Kay Cosmetics; Miche; Monster Hat Island; My Epicurean Adventures; NYR Organic; Origami Owl Independent Designer; Pampered Chef, Personalize It Books, Piecefully Home; Ribbonz & Beadz, Rodan & Fields; Signature Hair Bows; Stella & Dot; Tastefully Simple; Thirty-One Gifts; Tupperware, and more) set up in the Fellowship Hall. Additionally, new this year is a Kids’ Sale held in the Multi-Purpose Room, where used toys, kid/baby equipment, and clothes will be available for sale. There will also be a raffle—last year’s giveaways included a Plasma Car, jewelry, free admissions to cool places, and gift cards.

And here are some pics of the havoc it’s wreaked in my bonus room and some of the stuff I’ll be selling. Stop on by if you are in the area and wanna say hi! I’d love the company and promise not to make you buy a thing. 🙂 The girls will even be with me for some of the time!

My poor hubby. On the other side of this room is our office where he sometimes works from home. Sorry Sweetie!!

I think it’s safe to say I’m pretty sick of buying and messing with ribbon.

Here’s a collage of just some of the things I’ll be selling Thursday and Friday:

Craft Show Fun 2013

Headbands with mix and match, detachable bows!

Used my favorite double-pronged alligator clips.

My goodness, those cheeks on my model are just too yummy for words!

Sport headbands, because they’re non-slip!

Incidentally, the’ve been tested out repeatedly by my very own little Big Sis. Those cheeks still look pretty darned yummy too, even at the ripe old age of 9.

And finally, my most exciting offering: EASYLUNCHBOXES sets!!!

Craft Show Fun 2013

They are mix and match, but here are a couple sets I threw together. Each set includes:

  • 1 EasyLunchbox – your choice of 8 fabulous lid colors
  • 2 Little Dippers (which are leakproof)
  • 1 Cloth Napkin
  • 2 Silicone cupcake cups
  • 2 Skewers

Speaking of cloth napkins, here are 10 different patterns you have to choose from! These will be sold individually as well.

That’s it! Short and sweet because I gotta get back to work now!

I even made a lunch that you can check out here: My Craft Show Lunch

For lots of fun bento accessories, visit @ BentoUSA.

Thanks so much for stopping by! Feel free to make my day by leaving me a comment, following my blog via email, Facebook or Instagram. The more the merrier, of course!
