Caramel Glazed Apple Pie

Mmmmm, homemade apple pie, what could be better? I found this recipe for Caramel Glazed Apple Pie last year – in the COUPON INSERTS of the newspaper – of all places! I’ve made it to rave reviews a countless number of times so it’s definitely a staple in our house. This will make an appearance at this Thanksgiving be topped with the hubby’s homemade Ben and Jerry’s Vanilla Sweet Cream Ice Cream and homemade whipped cream. Can we skip straight to dessert?!?!

One of these days, I’m going to actually make my own crust, but in the mean time, I love Pillsbury’s ready-made Pie Crusts. They are so yummy and make making pies easy as, well, pie! So here’s the recipe. It’s from Karo, the makers of corn syrup and stuff:  Caramel Glazed Apple Pie.
