While I was racking my brain to come up with new lunch ideas, it hit me! I had totally forgotten about the wonderful world of leftovers! So today's lunch is dinner leftovers from two nights ago. Score!! Here's a post from one of our earlier Taco Salad Nights. You'll see in the post that I used MOMables' make your own taco seasoning and extra lean ground beef, so it's actually makes for a pretty healthy meal!

- Leftover tacos turned into nachos with cheese on a bed of lettuce and tomatoes with taco sauce and chips on the side

- Chocolate chip granola bar
- 2 Girls Scout Cookies: A Thanks-A-Lot and a Thin Mint straight from the freezer
