Today was a croissant sandwich lunch kinda day. You KNOW it’s a good one when Little Sis is staring at it while saying “Mmmmm. Yummy, yummy, yummy” over and over again. I’m not sure if it was because of her favorite croissant (breakfast) sandwich or the Darth Vader cookie, but whatever it was, it certainly put a smile on this mama’s face.

Little Sis is crazy about Star Wars these days, so I gave her the last of our Star Wars cookies that I froze from a little while ago.

A croissant Sandwich Lunch

In Little Sis’ Croissant Sandwich lunch:

  1. Mini croissant sandwiches with a fried egg and crumbled bacon in each.
  2. Cut organic carrots with Marzetti’s Simply Dressed Ranch Dressing
  3. Darth Vader Star Wars sugar cookie
  4. Cherries
  5. Simply Baked Sun Chips
Much to my surprise, Big Sis was NOT happy that Little Sis got the last Star Wars cookie. Oooops, my bad, but I honestly didn’t think she’d care! So, instead, she got an extra snow flake cookie in addition to a Girl Scout’s Thin Mint AND a Thanks-a-lot!

In Big Sis’ Croissant Sandwich lunch:

  1. Mini croissant sandwiches with Applegate Ham and American cheese, lettuce and mayo
  2. Cut organic carrots with Marzetti’s Simply Dressed Ranch Dressing
  3. Girl Scout’s Thin Mint, Thanks-a-lot and a mini snow flake cookie
  4. Peeled Snacks Apple Clusters
  5. Simply Baked Sun Chips

I’m thinking I need to get busy and start making some more Star Wars cookies. And this time, they’re ALL gonna be Star Wars!
