Bacon and Eggs 4 Ways

Bacon and Eggs. We love bacon and eggs. We eat lots of bacon and eggs. What's better than bacon and eggs on Sunday? Here's our Sunday breakfast of bacon and eggs 4 different ways. Sometimes, I actually enjoy being a short order cook. Today was one of those days so I thought would be fun if everyone ordered up bacon and eggs their own special way, each w/ a side of fruit of their choice.

The players: Archer Farms Brown Eggs (from Target) and Applegate's Sunday Bacon (hey we're eating it on Sunday!!) from BJ's. And man, this bacon GOOOOOOOD! We even did a blind taste test and 4 of 4 tastebuds chose Applewood's Sunday Bacon over our usual Oscar Meyer Center Cut Bacon. 4 bacon lovers can't be wrong! :)
The players
Big Sis' bacon, eggs and fruit breakfast order included a perfectly "flat egg" which is just an over hard egg cooked w/o brown crisps which she really doesn't like, Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat bread toasted w/ half local honey and butter and half Smucker's Simply fruit, blackberry, Fuji apples (the only apple variety she likes) sliced Mommy-style and a slice of bacon - you only start w/ one and get more if you need! :)

Little Sis' bacon, egg and fruit breakfast: Egg tacos w/ shredded Mexican cheese on corn tortillas w/ a side of strawberries.

Daddy's bacon, egg and fruit breakfast: He was in the mood for grits. So grits, flat eggs (his were from a friend's chickens and they are oh so good), bacon and the yummiest pineapple and blueberries we've had in a while!

And last but not least, Mommy's bacon, egg and fruit breakfast: Had a hankerin' for a good ol' breakfast sandwich w/ bacon, egg, mayo and a slice of Applegate's American cheese between two slices of toasted whole wheat bread along with a side of some very sweet, perfectly crunchy grapes.
