Here’s another kale smoothie recipe, the Tropical Kale Smoothie, my favorite one yet. The girls refused to drink my kale smoothies because one, they just don’t like smoothies, in general and two, they’re green. Like reallllly green, but the hubby and I just LOVE them. It’s their loss, though I refuse to give up on making one they’ll like.

Tropical Kale Smoothie

What I love about smoothies is that they are quick and easy to throw together and can be a complete lunch for me on days when I just don’t have the time. I made this today after returning home from running errands on my bike! Plus, I can walk around doing stuff while drinking it. Or just sit on the couch while catching up on my Mindy Project episodes.
