After a week of lots of sandwiches, I was determined to spice things up a bit for this week. Therefore, Monday’s lunch featured Pillsbury’s Bacon-Cheddar Pinwheels Lunch Recipe. I prepped the pinwheels using Annie’s Homegrown Crescent Rolls the night before and stored them in the fridge unbaked. Then, the next morning, I simply popped them in my toaster oven and put them in my insulated stainless steel Think Baby containers (on the left) and they were ready to go!

  2. Carrots and Ranch Dressing
  3. Laughing Cow Cheese with Trader Joe’s Socials
  4. Peeled Snacks Apple Clusters
  5. Sugar Snap Peas
  6. Brother’s-All-Natural Freeze-Dried Asian Pears (oops! I just realized I double-back dried fruit. oh well).

In Little Sis’ Bacon-Cheddar Pinwheels Lunch:

  1. Bacon-Cheddar Pinwheels
  2. Grapes
  3. Carrots
  4. Trader Joe’s Socials with Laughing Cow cheese and ranch for the carrots
  5. Homemade chocolate cookie (with some whole wheat flour, ground flaxseed and wheat germ snuck into it. lol)
I waited with baited breath to see how they liked the lunches and was VERY happy to see that Little Sis brought hers back crumbless, while Big Sis only left a few small pieces of hers – yay! They were a huge success – whew!

Thanks so much for stopping by! Feel free to make my day by leaving me a comment, following my blog via email, on Facebook or on Instagram. The more the merrier!
