Birdy Ham and Cheese Uncrustables

This lunch is an oldie but goodie. It’s from like last year, one that I never got around to posting. I’ll be the first to admit, it’s a little heavy on the sugar, but I love it just the same.

Birdy Ham and Cheese Uncrustables

In this lunch:

  1. Homemade Uncrustables using Nature’s Own 100% whole wheat bread filled with chopped up Applegate’s cooked ham, American cheese and organic baby spinach with a slice of Applegate American cheese, Boar’s Head Hard Salami and a single black sesame seed for each eye
  2. Peeled Snacks’ Apple clusters for Big Sis and good ol’ fresh cantaloupe for Little Sis
  3. Homemade Betty Crocker’s Banana Bread w/ added chocolate chips, flax seed and wheat germ
  4. Trader Joe’s Gummy Bears
  5. Snyder’s of Hanover’s eatsmart naturals Garden Veggie Sticks
  6. GoGo squeeZ Applesauce pouches – Cinnamon for Big Sis, AppleApple for Little Sis

Here’s a link on how to make your own Homemade Uncrustables. Use this cool tool from Allthingsforsale (affiliate link) or do it by hand by cutting off the crust first, filling the centers (not too full), then sealing the edges together using a dull-tipped fork. Tada!
