Sometimes the lunches I make are for myself! We’ll call them adult lunches. Today I was out most of the day with various errands to run. But, I didn’t want to eat out so I took Leftover Chili for Lunch. Along with my chili is a nice little side salad along with a a couple leftover corn dog muffins, because adults like corn dogs too! Especially this one!

Leftover Chili for Lunch

In this Leftover Chili for Lunch:

  1. Last night’s leftover vegetarian chili w/ shredded cheese and a dollop of low-fat sour cream
  2. Leftover Corn Dog Muffin Mini’s from last night, too!
  3. Organic Baby Spring Greens Salad with grape tomatoes, shredded carrots, broccoli slaw, baby bella mushrooms, sunflower seeds and dried cranberries

Thanks so much for stopping by! Feel free to make my day by leaving me a comment, following my blog via email, Facebook or Instagram. The more the merrier, of course!
