Let me introduce you to my third attempt at a smoothie post, the Berry Kale Smoothie. The first one, while very good FOR you, came out a horrid, uninviting dark green color so I deleted it. I don’t know how I did it, but this one was ridiculously yummy. AND it’s a decent color, it’s puce! So much better, right?
In addition, my girls who aren’t huge fans of smoothies like this Berry Kale Smoothie so it’s a win in my book! Plus it has lots of protein in it, so yay!

I'm always trying to find good ways to use kale in recipes, and this looks like a good one!
Thanks so much Kristie!! Kale is a great green to throw in smoothies. I find it not as "earthy" as spinach. Try this recipe out too. It's one of my favorites: http://www.myepicureanadventures.com/2014/08/kale-apple-cranberry-salad.html Thanks for stopping by! <3
