OMG, it seems like forever since I’ve posted anything – life has gotten in the way plus just got back from an awesome week-long kid-free vacay out west – woot! – but I did manage to throw this quick Ghostly Mini Pizza Lunch together this morning, the last day before they track out for three weeks! Whew. Just in the nick of time.

In other news, we have a freezer in the garage that is seriously on it’s last leg and we’ve been feverishly trying to empty it out to see if we can resurrect it by defrosting it. So today’s lunch helped me do just that, too. I’m happy to say that it is now one box (of Trader Joe’s or Trader Grotto’s Spizzico di pizza – 12 appetizer size cheese pizzas) emptier. haha!

Ghostly Mini Pizza Lunch

In this Ghostly Mini Pizza Lunch:

  1. Trader Joe’s Spizzico di pizza mini pizza appetizers
  2. Organic Carrot Sticks
  3. Organic Seedless Red Grapes
  4. Utz (peanut/tree-nut FREE!) Halloween Pretzels with Laughing Cow Cheese
  5. Cascadian Farms Organic Chocolate Chip Granola Bar

PS. The EasyLunchbox lid is decorated with a Halloween Gel Window Cling I picked up at a dollar store in CA. Hoping it comes back in one piece!

Thanks so much for stopping by! Feel free to make my day by leaving me a comment, following my blog via email, on Facebook or on Instagram. The more the merrier!
