Kids’ Meals: Homemade Chicken Nuggets and Quinoa Mac & Cheese. “Kids’ Meals” is a series of posts that show plated meals that I make for my kids at home. I especially love serving them in my ceramic divided plates. Fun to put food in, fun to get food out of!

Homemade Chicken Nuggets and Quinoa Mac & Cheese

This Homemade Chicken Nuggets dinner:

  1. Homemade MOMables’ Chicken Nuggets with Simply Dressed Ranch Dressing
  2. Quinoa Mac & Cheese, also from MOMables!
  3. Organic carrot sticks
  4. Sweet, delicious cubed watermelon (see here on how to cut up a whole watermelon in 5 mins!)

Note: Make the chicken nuggets ahead of time and freeze in a pyrex glass dish, tupperware or even ziplock bag for later use! So much healthier than the store-bought kind – and really tasty, too!
