Pesto Penne Pasta Lunch

My girls requested this Pesto Penne Pasta lunch today. I love sending this lunch with them because it’s a nice from the usual. Sandwiches and mac and cheese can get old fast! This penne pasta is super easy to make with Knorr’s Creamy Pesto Sauce packet since you can’t always make pesto from scratch! Plus, a lot of the store-bought pre-made varieties in jars/tubs usually contain nuts which we need to avoid.

I do have to add that this picture makes me sad because I miss my poor cute little koala pick that got decapitated in my garbage disposal cleaning up after this lunch. Waaaah!!

Pesto Penne Pasta Lunch

In this Pesto Penne Pasta Lunch:

  1. Pesto Penne Pasta using Knorr’s Pasta Sauce packet
  2. Cantaloupe
  3. Kashi Sea Salt Pita Crisps
  4. Polly-O string cheese – the only kind of cheese stick Little Sis likes
  5. Annie’s Homegrown Organic Bunny Fruit Snacks for a treat

Thanks so much for stopping by! Feel free to make my day by leaving me a comment, following my blog via email, Facebook or Instagram. The more the merrier, of course!
